The Nora District
– West Palm Beach, FL (Launching Sept 2025)

Brought in as Head of Leasing for this $1 billion adaptive reuse and new construction project to create a cohesive district of retail, lifestyle, office, hospitality and residential spaces, one of the largest planned redevelopments in West Palm Beach history.  
Curated a dynamic neighborhood cobbled street block with mixed-use tenants from food, fashion, wellness, and hospitality —including Van Leeuwen, Warby Parker, H&H Bagels, Le Labo, and BD Hotels’ boutique lodging with Stephen Starr’s Pastis restaurant. 
Nora opened in September, 2025. 
 

Westminster Street LOFTS
– Providence, RI

Transformed eight historic downtown buildings into 296 boutique loft apartments and retail, with strong community integration and rooftop activation. Led leasing, marketing, and public outreach.

Roosevelt Field Mall
– East Garden City, NY (Simon)

Directed a $300M renovation, including relocation of the iconic food court into the new “Dining District,” leasing of the Neiman Marcus luxury wing, and discovery of $150M in underutilized space. Appointed to Simon’s first Luxury Accounts Team.

Walt Whitman Shops
– Huntington Station, NY (Simon)

Led a $40M upscale expansion and tenant repositioning. Added 72,000 sq ft of retail, secured high-profile first-to-market tenants, and structured a PILOT tax incentive agreement delivering 200+ jobs.

The Royal Poinciana Plaza
– Palm Beach, FL (WS Development)

Handpicked to lead one of the most transformative leasing assignments in luxury retail. Curated a best-in-class tenant mix (Hermès, Saint Laurent, Assouline), reinvigorated the brand, and built cultural bridges through public art and plaza programming.

The Street
– Chestnut Hill, MA (WS Development)

Core member of the transition team that reimagined a 1950s mall into a thriving, walkable, lifestyle-focused high street. Guided tenant mix and activation strategy to reposition the asset with long-term leasing growth.

O’Connor Capital Partners
– NY & Palm Beach

Head of Leasing, Marketing, and Brand Management for 4.5 years, leading a team of four and interfacing with the C-suite. Directed strategy across retail, residential, and mixed-use portfolios with a focus on brand integrity and tenant synergy.
